- Use the Tucketts Foot Massage Ball to release tightness and stimulate circulation by rolling the ball back and forth along the sole of your foot, from your heels to your toes. Apply pressure to areas that feel tight and hold for 10 sec.
- Gently massage Tucketts Detoxifying Foot Scrub onto feet in a circular motion. Rinse with warm water or a warm towel. For higher impact, soak your feet in lukewarm water before use.
- Apply a small quantity of Tucketts Soothing Foot Spa Moisturizer to your feet. Massage in circular motions from heel to toe.
- Wear the Toe Separators for as little as 10 minutes a day to help realign your bones and improve foot mobility.

Foot Massage Ball
What For: Tucketts Foot Massage Ball help break up tension and boost blood circulation in the foot, in particular it can help relieve discomfort from plantar fasciitis, flat feet and swelling.
How to Use: Use the foot massage ball to release tightness and stimulate circulation by rolling the ball back and forth on the sole of your foot from your heels to your toes. For more impact, scan your feet with your fingers to find knots or tense spots, then add more pressure on those areas.
